What this dataset tells us

Poverty is more than income. The Multidimensional Poverty Index looks across several dimensions of deprivation to show where people face disadvantages in their everyday lives.

This dataset will help DataSpeaks show how multidimensional poverty varies across India and how different places compare.

The aim is simple: make complex public data easier to explore, compare and understand.

For example, for the two datasets that are already live, show: **LIVE MAP** `Explore the map →` For the other datasets: **IN PREPARATION** `Data source verified · Map coming soon` That makes the catalogue feel like a functioning data platform rather than a collection of unfinished pages. And because you already have **22 datasets covering all 17 SDGs**, I would make the catalogue header say something like: > **22 datasets. 17 goals. One view of India.** That is a much stronger presentation than simply saying "10 new datasets." **Also:** *Days above 40°C* and *What got sown this season* are good candidates to build next because they can potentially reuse work/data pipelines from your existing monsoon map.
